ABOUT IMPACT
Yes, we have a lot of fun, food, and fellowship. We also have fun interactive games, but that's not our main purpose or mission. We want to raise up and equip students to be disciple making disciples, able to impact their peers, while growing themselves. IMPACT is for 5th through 12th grade students. We meet every Sunday night from 6pm to 8pm. Our Pastor and Director of IMPACT Youth, is Pastor Jason Kelley. PJ has been in Youth Ministry for nearly 30 years....and he shows it. More information coming soon about all our great leaders.
IMPACT Drama Team
Under the leadership of our Drama Director, Sunny Bennett, our drama team performs on Youth Sundays, Camps, Mission Trips, and occasionally will at IMPACT Youth on Sunday Nights. If you love acting, and being a part of a great team, join them on Sundays at 5pm for practice
IMPACT Worship Team
Under the leadership of our Worship Directors, Brandon Swindon, and Jeremy Alston, our worship team leads worship every Sunday night, on Youth Sundays, Mission Trips, and Camp. If you play an instrument, or love to sing, please join them for practice every Sunday at 5pm.
Join our Hospitality Team!
IMPACT Hospitality Team
Our Hospitality Team is made up of 3 important parts: Greeting/Ushering Team, Prayer Team, and our Cooking Team. Our Greeters and Ushers, led by Anthony Padilla, greet everyone on Sunday mornings, and help make sure there is a seat for everyone. Some Sundays, The Refuge Church can be very crowded, and it's nice having a friendly face make sure you have a seat. Our Prayer Team, comprised of Student Leaders and Adults who are willing, meet with Kim Dunn at 5:45pm every Sunday before IMPACT Youth starts at 6pm. Lastly, our Cooking team, led by Emily Jessen, make great meals for our youth every Sunday. If you would like to help in ANY of these areas, please see the leaders of each team, or drop Pastor Jason a text, email, or track him down on Sundays.
DONT FORGET ABOUT SUMMER CAMP 2025
IMPACT Youth Summer Camp
Summer Camp 2025 will be held this year at Menucha Retreat and Conference Center near Corbett Oregon, east of Portland in the beautiful Columbia Gorge area. Tons of fun, and lots of spiritual growth to be had. Camp runs from July 19th-22nd, and is open to any youth that will be going into 5th-12th grade in the fall of 2025, or who just graduated this year. Cost is $150pp. There are scholarships, so DONT stay behind because of money. Registration coming soon!!

Every Friday from 12:30pm until 2:30pm, all youth are welcome to come to the church for food, basketball, volleyball, 9 square, and Ping Pong. TGIF Afterschool end Friday June 6th, and resume September 12th, 2025

Join us Sunday May 18th, for either our showing at 1pm or 5pm. If you enjoy a good mystery, and an awful lot of fun, please plan to attend. Cost is $20 per person for the lunch, and $25 for the Dinner showing. All youth are invited to help. This is our most important fundraiser for Summer Camp. Tickets go on sale beginning Sunday April 28th, online and in the lobby at church.

On Sunday June 8th, IMPACT Youth will hold our "End of the School Year Party"! From 6-8pm we will have games, prizes, and great food. This will also be our last Sunday before our Summer Schedule begins on the 22nd.
